Best care is given when children are seen by providers that specialize in pediatrics and know their medical history.  Because of this, Glasgow Pediatric Healthcare has expanded their space and extended their hours to better serve patients.  Located adjacent to Glasgow Pediatric Healthcare, Healthy Kids Clinic serves residents of Barren and surrounding counties.

 

Patients are welcomed by the same providers and staff they trust at Glasgow Pediatric Healthcare.  Walk-ins are welcome.  Scheduled appointments are being taken on a limited basis. There are no elevated copays that are often seen at urgent cares and emergency rooms.

 

All services provided at Glasgow Pediatric Healthcare including sports physicals as well as a pediatric weight management program directed by pediatrician Dr. Lynnette Brooks, who is certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, are available at the new facility.  Patients have access to pediatric and adult sized exercise equipment and a registered dietician.  In addition, Aundi Thomas, LCSW, a well-respected Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in child and family therapy, is pleased to provide behavioral health services.
