Children's Virtual 5K a Success

Healthy Kids Clinic Glasgow Pediatric Healthcare hosted their very first QuaRANtine Virtual 5K on April 10, 2021. Participants were asked to attend practices two to three times weekly consisting of strength training exercises and predetermined running distances to prepare them for the 5K. Participants submitted videos/pictures taken at each practice. Kennon Matthews, pictured below, completed all practice requirements, submissions, and the 5K. Go Kennon!
